I ordered this spectacular serum on a Dermatologist’s advice after a treatment I had to remove some skin tags and help settle the rosacea on my entire face which I had been having treated for 3 years without success.
I had tried a lot of different serums, creams, IPL sessions that had not diminished the rosacea, in fact the IPL made it worse. I was very hesitant having done so much already and the cost, but when it was explained what was in this serum it was worth a try.
I read all the reviews and went ahead with the order. It was the best thing I could have done. It worked quickly, within 3 days I noticed the redness on my face has faded quite a lot and the puffiness had gone, but my skin was soft to the touch and quite hydrated. The skin tags had started to shrink as well and are so tiny now after 3 months.
The price is hefty, but well worth the results and I only use it once a day in the morning and not twice as on the directions. It does go long way, but the pump disperses too much ingredients if pushed fully down, so I do a tiny pump at first as I can always do a little more. The colour is very brown, but I find once the moisturiser is added over the top it is not so bad and of course if applying the serum in the morning and you wear makeup on top you hardly notice it. I first used it at night but had to switch to the morning because it would rub off on my pillowslip when sleeping and leave brown marks which required me to sleep on a hand towel. Having said that I also washed the pillow slip and the stains came straight out. Same thing with wearing my sports caps that I wear every day.
Wish I had known about this product a long time ago. I have spoken to a lot of people in the beauty treatment business and they have all said it is a great product used daily will bring great results.
LOVE this serum. I mix this with MD Replenish and Boost every morning and make sure my skin is damp when I apply. I am quite fair and this serum is quite dark however I find the added moisture really allows this serum to sink into the skin effortlessly and afterwards there is a noticeable glow and my skin feels firmer. Absolutely worth the price and a little goes a long way! I am super impressed that a serum that is pregnancy/breastfeeding friendly is also super powerful and active on the skin.Â
First time using Osmosis, this Serum is incredible. As a 47 year old Male, I use 1 pump of this Serum every night. Every 2nd night I use 4 pumps as an intensive treatment.
Pores are more refined, bags under my eyes are smoother. Wish I had come across this product and the Osmosis MD Range sooner.
It is a very dark serum, however once applied, just spritz with water or MD Boost and rub in well. Pillowcase is still clean the following morning.

It is a very dark brown coloured serum that leaves an brown/orange colour to the skin and at hair line.
Therefore, I would recommend use at night/before bed. Although, in saying that, it can leave its colour on light coloured pillow slips.
