Australia – products will be sent by Australia Express Post, securely and safely wrapped. Orders received before 12 noon between Monday and Friday will be shipped same day.
International – We send to around 190 countries world wide via Australia Post International Express (see note below), securely and safely wrapped. This gives you tracking door to door with a Signature required on delivery – peace of mind.
Shipping Costs (Australia)
For all orders over $90 in value – we will pay your shipping costs! Your free shipping will be applied automatically on the cart and checkout pages.
For all orders less than $90 in value – a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $14 applies.
Shipping Costs (International)
Postage costs on international orders is determined by the zone it is being sent to and the weight of the fully wrapped parcel. These will be shown during the checkout process.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Although for most countries we ship to it is not a problem these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior finalising your purchase.
International items will be sent via Australia Post International Express. Please allow up to 7-10 days though usually, they arrive in under 4 depending on the country.
Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from The Skin Care Clinic in Hobart. Products are wrapped carefully to avoid any damage in transit, however occasionally accidents do happen and if, on opening your parcel you find a damaged product please email/phone The Skin Care Clinic within 48 hours.
If there is any other problem with your order please email us within 48 hours to initiate discussion. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits if a claim is not made within 10 days from purchase. There is no exchange, refund or credit for a product simply because you do not like it. We will refund or give a credit if an order is shipped in error.
If you find you have a problem with a product outside the 10 days please inform us, however we reserve the right to issue a store credit or not depending on each individual case once the product has been returned. Postage is to be paid by the customer.
If a parcel is lost in transit we will assist you to deal with the relevant shipping company, however, once the parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be our responsibility and we will not refund, give a credit or replace the lost item.
