“Think I’m heading out the other side of Menopause, it’s taken a good ten years, but yep, I think I’m getting there. I have to say I have been lucky with symptoms not being too severe over the years, or maybe my memory has been affected and I have just forgotten how annoying any of those symptoms were. I know what really helped though, I started taking the Osmosis MD Hormone Relief Elixir a couple of years ago. Within a few days of starting a routine I began sleeping through the night without waking at least a couple of times to the feeling someone had plugged an electronic transmitter into imaginary holes above my ankles, just so as to send morse code to my thighs to remind me I’m getting old. Sleeping without disruption is no doubt so much better for your health, inside and out.
Menopause aside, I have recently been told my liver function is not at its best, so the romance I have with Pinot Noir will have to come to an end… eventually…soon. With this review coming up, I decided to dive right in and test out the Emotional Well-Being Elixir. Promising to tackle stress-induced skin conditions by reducing anxiety, upping serotonin and restoring wellbeing, it sounded like a perfect companion for my focus on revitalisation during the summer holidays.
First, the science on the Osmosis range of ingestible gold-infused mineral elixirs: each elixir uses clinically proven ingredients in a patented formula designed to activate cellular repair and restore balance. They contain a combination of plant-based, water-soluble minerals that are the most easily absorbed by our cells, as well as 24-karat gold to help reduce inflammation and support overall health and wellbeing.
Ok, now what was the actual experience like? Calming, nurturing and surprisingly easy to integrate into my routine. I keep the bottle with my vitamins so it’s easy to take it morning and evening.
