Meg’s Vitamin B Product Review
“I’ve been using Medik8’s Hydr8 B5 and I’m pretty impressed!
What is it:
The Hydr8 B5 is a serum that combines Hyaluronic acid and B5 vitamins
What does it do:
We all know that Hyaluronic acid is used to hydrate, but did you know that this acid holds up to 1000 x’s its weight in water? It keeps you looking super plump and feeling nourished. B5 vitamins are there to assist with the hydrating but also to aid your skin in the regeneration process and calm inflammation.
What does it feel like?
It’s a silky smooth serum that is fast absorbing and not at all sticky. Clear in colour and pretty much odourless!
How to apply:
You can mix this serum with your vitamin C, but I’m a fan of layering my serums, one after the other. I apply this before my vitamin C in the morning and before my vitamin A in the evening. Massage in! I watched a YouTube video the other day of a woman applying serums, and she just put it in her hands and pressed it onto the skin. No! Rub it in guys. Give you skin a nice massage to get it all over and right in there!
I was lucky enough to be given a sample of this, so I’ve also been using it on the back of my hands which has really made a difference in the feel and texture.
Is it worth it?
If you’re on a budget, then a B serum is one you don’t absolutely have to have, but given the dryness our skin suffers coming into the colder months and the added benefit that B vitamins also supercharge our other products, then it really is a great addition. If you already use Vitamins A and C, then this B with the addition of Hyaluronic would be perfect as it combines two serums in one!
It is also one of our best sellers, so that tells me that I’m not the only one lovin’ it 🙂”

Julie’s Vitamin B Product Review
“To B or not to B? That really IS a good question.
When I think about Vitamin B serums, I always think of them as Brightening, and Bloody good, because that’s an easy way for my old Brain to remember it’s main functions, (‘bloody’ for increased blood flow, ‘brightening’, obvious) and yes, to B, you should.
My favourite Vitamin B product? Aspect Dr Multi B Plus. I just love the way it really does brighten my skin, and love the way it smells!
Having said that, it has to be my favourite, it’s the ONLY one I’ve tried, so I’m probably not the best person to write a review as I’m unable to make any comparisons. With all the lovely B’s around me, I really should try something different, but I really feel, as a support act to the other serums I use, Aspect Dr Multi B Plus seems to be doing a mighty job. Apparently that’s another of its qualities, it enhances and intensifies any other serums in your routine. Ahh!! Another B word, Buddy, supportive serum buddy. So brightening, bloody good and best buddy… yeah I can remember that.
I use a predominantly Osmosis MD skincare routine, with a couple of Aspect Dr products I wouldn’t be without, the Aspect Dr Multi B Plus of course being one of them. I don’t want to give it up just yet to try another B serum, so I won’t, I’ll remain Boring, but Brilliant.”

Phillipa’s Vitamin B Product Review
“
I’ve said this before, so you probably know what’s coming… My favourite daily Vitamin and Antioxidant serum is Osmosis MD Replenish. This is partly because I’m lazy and prefer to use one product rather than many. It does also help though, that the product feels awesome on and has such a luxe appearance to boot!
This serum contains both a multitude of antioxidants including Vitamin B and C as well as a “look alike A”… yes, it literally contains everything you need for your daily skin health. After this serum, you’re really then just branching out into your skins “extra needs” rather than covering your basic necessities. So simple, so easy and yes, the results are great…”
