Aspect™ continues to lead the global movement toward results-driven skincare products that are gentle, yet highly effective. Both Aspect and Aspect Dr skincare products deliver high-performing active ingredients that help to enhance, rejuvenate and cosmetically correct the skin without irritation. Today is our Aspect Skincare Review. Yes, it’s products from the beloved Aspect Blue range (we call it Aspect Blue so as to not confuse it with it’s sister, Aspect Dr Red!!)
The benefits of using these Australian products range from knowing you are getting optimal concentrations of pure active ingredients, naturally derived, organic wherever possible, and free from known irritants to affordable, no-nonsense skin care that does what it says it will do.
Aspect makes skin care easy, and here we are going to talk about some of our favourite Aspect products, what they do and why we love them.
Meg’s Aspect Skincare Review
“Gee I love Aspect. You just know that when you use an Aspect or an Aspect Dr product, it’s just going to work. It’s going to do what it says it’s going to do. There are no gimmicks or fads, just proven, straightforward skincare that delivers.
In 2020, Aspect brought out a new serum, Super PD Complex. It has taken me a good year to try it out, mainly because it is not one of those ‘essential’ serums, like your A or C, but once you start using it, it will become an essential part of your routine. Here’s what it does and the difference I have noticed:
What is it:
Aspect Super PD Complex is a vegan friendly serum that addresses the visible signs of photoaging and external free radical damage. In a nutshell – environmental damage. It is full of repairing ingredients such as botanic amino acids, plant based enzymes, plankton extract and sodium hyaluronate; just to name a few.
What will the results be?
When targeting photoaging with a serum such as Super PD Complex, you will notice a more luminous complexion, less pigmentation, softer fine lines and a plumper texture. This is a great serum that tackles many issues all in one. It will also boost your other serums, allowing them to work more efficiently, in a similar way that Aspect Extreme B17 does.
For maximum results…
Try pairing the Super PD Complex with the Aspect Retinol Brulee. This way you are getting faster cell turnover from the retinol and the repairing benefits from the Super PD Complex. Or try it with Aspect Illuminating Polish for a quick exfoliation and glow.”

Julie’s Aspect Skincare Review
“Too easy!! I’m always bangin’ on about Aspect Hydrating Mask.
I’m still using this at least a couple of times a week as my overnight hydration, love it!
So I thought I’d talk about my second favourite Aspect product, which is from their Aspect Sun range, the CC Cream. Once my very favourite CC cream from Osmosis was discontinued, (ARGHHH!! don’t you hate that?) I had to find something to replace it, and this one works beautifully. It is a lot denser and glossier, therefore harder to apply, so I add a little moisturiser, this does the trick, and it glides on really well. And the added bonus, because of the glossiness, it gives you that instant glow. It’s great for this time of year too, with an SPF of 50. I’m not a foundation type of gal (old gal) but if I’m going anywhere special, I will combine the CC Cream with moisturiser and a little of the Aspect Liquid Minerals foundation too. I know many of you don’t like mixing products, but I am constantly adding things in together, it’s fun, and sometimes you get that really good mix you become addicted to, like my Ccremoiminf.😉”

Phillipa’s Aspect Skincare Review
“I’m going to struggle to narrow down my Aspect products I’m reviewing sorry! It’s sooo hard to choose just one… the nice thing about the Aspect range is they’re an everyday boost to your active serums. Keeping your skin balanced and hydrated, while your Aspect Dr (or other favourite serums) are doing their powerhouse jobs.
Lately I’ve been using up my skincare stock, and I’m trying super hard not to buy more until I finish what I have. With this in mind my cleansing routine is slightly different to normal… I’m cleansing with Purastat 5, as it’s perfect for my husbands skin, and he steals whatever I pop in the shower… sneaky but it works. I also have Illuminating Polish, which my husband pushes for whenever it runs out. Another good sign. They’re both great for oily breakout prone skin, and leave a cleansed but not “dried out” feel. While my husband doesn’t suffer acne on his face – when he wears heavy protective clothing (as a tradie) while sweating and working in dust, he can get acne on his back. Since I’ve popped this in the shower it’s made a huge difference. Even though its not a “perfect” match for my skin, it’s still not too drying and leaves my skin feeling clean.
I love that Aspect is a perfect combination of Australian, nasty free and designed with your skins best interest at heart.
Of an evening I’m using Super Moisturising Complex, as it’s a luxuriously thick night cream with peptides and hyaluronic acid. I wake up feeling hydrated, but it seeps in and doesn’t feel heavy on my skin. I don’t feel like I’m decorating my pillow with it at night… phew! Oh, and I have the Aspect Hydrating Lip Balm in my jewellery dish, so I can pop it on when I pop my rings on and off in the morning and night. It’s super hydrating and keeps my lips happy. Hmmm… I’d better leave it there or I’ll be here all night. As it is I’m sneaking this review in while I’m using Fruit Enzyme Mask, but it’s time to wash it off so I’d better leave that for another day! Needless to say, you can’t go wrong with Aspect! Australian to the core, and great for your skin to boot.

Rosie’s Aspect Skincare Review
“I love using a Aspect Dr Hyaluronic Serum underneath my daytime moisturiser. I find that it gives me instant hydration and plumps my skin, it also absorbs quite quickly which is why I use it in the morning as it means my makeup goes on beautifully. Sometimes I might use this serum when my skin is feeling a bit irritated, as it is cooling and soothing and by preventing water loss my skin is actually strengthened.”
